I have decided, based on the way things are going in the cellar, That we will be bottling the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon by the barrel without blending different barrels together. For this reason we have added a sticker that indicates the barrel no. of the 11 (10 remaining ) barrels of 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon. We will do this for each barrel as it is bottled. This will allow you, if you decide to purchase some of each barrel and cellar them over time, to compare and contrast barrel by barrel.
