We are finally ready to bottle the Noble. It has been a nine month process to get this wine ready to bottle! It will be done tomorrow. There will only be about 105 bottles available. A release party will be announced soon with details to follow. This wine will not be on the tasting bar due to the limited quantity. So if you miss the release party the only way to taste it will be to buy it. Pricing will be announced at the release party. Many thanks to Kenya (pictured below) my assistant winemaker who was the actual grower, harvester, and vintner for this wine. I can tell you it is very special and she will reveal our tasting notes for this wine at the release party. She made all the decisions necessary to craft this estate grown wine.
