Getting the Cooling Hooked Up to the Tanks
Cool Fermentation Working Hard We have been working hard to get our cooling system connected to our large fermentation tanks. This will allow us to maintain control of our fermentation temperatures for our 2018 vintage and beyond. Results will be more flavorful and higher quality wines.

We wish everyone a Happy, Prosperous and Blessed New Year. We had a great 2016 and are looking forward to 2017. Our 2016 vintage wines will begin being available in the spring and we will keep you informed of New Releases as they become available.
