It is Pruning time at Spout Spring Estates

We think we are in the middle of our last cold snap until Spring but with Easter being so late you never know. We think we will be done except for the vines that Chuck does by the end of this week. This year, Chuck will have an Intern (Olivia) to work with and train on three different grape species. Remaining will be Steuben(Vitus Labrusca), Muscadine(Vitus Rotundafolia), and Sangiovese(Vitus Vinifera).
