Education Requirements:
High School Diploma Minimum
Two year degree or technical school certificate program preferred
Experience Requirements:
Retail Sales, Farming, and nursery, raising vegetables or fruits for commercial sale
Winery, Dairy, Brewery or Distillery
Computer Skills including social media platforms and Microsoft office Applications
Work hours:
Monday: Closed; Tuesday thru Thursday: Noon to 6:00 PM; Friday & Saturday: Noon to 8:00 PM Sunday 1:00 to 5:30.
Duties and Tasks may include as assigned:
Vineyard: Mowing, Trellis Repair, Pruning, Leaf Removal, Planting, Trellis Construction, Spraying, Grape Harvesting
Winery: Cleaning and sanitizing tanks and winemaking equipment, Bottling, Labeling, Corking, and Capping finished wine. Casing and stocking of wine, pressing and crushing of fruit. Assisting in winemaking.
Tasting Room: Wine Sales, Wine Tastings, Telling customers about our wine, touring customers thru the winery, touring customers thru the vineyard, stocking inventory, performing monthly inventory and verification with register sales records.
Special Events:
Assisting with special events such as weddings, SSE events, etc.
Age requirements:
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Compensation:
Compensation will be hourly and will depend on the applicants experience and capabilities.
