We have decided to start trying to do a little blogging again. We will be talking about what is happening in the vineyard, in the winery, in the tasting room and elsewhere on the property. Our goal over the next little while is to keep your favorite wines on the shelf and bring back some that have been out for a while. Over the next few weeks we anticipate bottling several wines, including Smoky Mountain Rose, Magnolia, Chardonnay, Noble, Cayuga White and Blueberry. We will announce the releases as they occur both here and on our facebook page to let you know when they will be available. Chuck is currently changing some things around in the winery to make room for more barrels. He is anticipating that with these changes we will have room for 12 more barrels.
